The term ‘ScrapZoo’, ‘Company’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to ‘Kajudo Connect India Private Limited’ for the Platform, i.e. the Platform available at PlayStore and AppStore and the website available at www.scrapzoo.com.

The Company does not endorse the Scrap Buyer/s, Service Provider, Logistics Partner, any vendor or any third party that a user found on the Platform.

The Company does not warrant that the Platform will operate error-free or that the Platform and its servers are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms. If your use of the Platform or the goods or the services or the materials displayed on the Platform result in the need for servicing or replacement or such other services, the Company is not responsible for those costs.

The Platform and its services are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind. The Company to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and non-infringement. The Company makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the works, services, software, text, graphics, goods and links on the Platform.

In no event shall the Company, its clients, affiliates, associates, or any third parties mentioned on the Platform be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform and the services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the Company is advised of the possibility of such damages.

Certain third-party product or service providers, i.e. Scrap Buyer/s or Service Providers may be allowed to advertise on the Platform. We do not operate or control the products or services offered by Merchants. Merchants are responsible for all aspects of order processing, fulfilment, billing and customer service. We are not a party to the transactions entered into between you and Scrap Buyer/s. You are advised that any third-party site links might contain material or information that some people may find offensive or inappropriate; or that is inaccurate, untrue, misleading or deceptive; or that is defamatory, libelous, infringing of others' rights or otherwise unlawful. We expressly disclaim any responsibility for the content, legality, decency or accuracy of any information, and for any products and services, that appear on any linked site.

The Company does not assume any responsibility for any death, personal injury, loss or damage to any person arising out of or related to any use of recommendations provided and/or services provided on our Platform. If you rely on any such information by ScrapZoo or its representatives/ employees, you do so at your own risk

ScrapZoo is not responsible for claims arising out of the improper use, handling or storage of any goods during and after use of our Services. All services are provided by the Scrap Buyer/s and/or Service Providers and/or handled by the Logistics Partner.

We reserve the right to block any Scrap Buyer or Scrap Seller exhibiting inaccurate behavior on our Platform. This includes but is not limited to users who provide misleading information, engage in fraudulent activities, or violate our terms of Service. The decision to block a user is at our discretion and may be based on various factors, including but not limited to evidence of misconduct or non-compliance with Platform policies. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the blocking of a user, and users agree to abide by our Platform's rules and guidelines.

We retain the discretion to offer deals to Scrap Buyers at our discretion. While we may offer deals to any Scrap Buyer, we are under no obligation to do so. Scrap Buyers cannot compel us to provide deals or discounts, and the decision to offer deals is based on various factors, including market conditions, availability of inventory, and business considerations. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw deals at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the absence of deals or discounts offered to Scrap Buyers.

We do not accept responsibility for inaccuracies or incorrect photos or videos provided by Scrap Sellers. It is the responsibility of the Scrap Buyers to verify the quality and quantity of the Scrap before making a purchase. While we strive to maintain accurate and reliable information on our Platform, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of listings provided by Scrap Sellers. Scrap Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence and inspections before entering into any transactions. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from reliance on inaccurate information provided by Scrap Sellers.

Scrap Buyers are responsible for verifying the ownership of the Scrap being sold by the Scrap Seller. While we may provide a platform for facilitating transactions between Scrap Buyers and Scrap Sellers, we do not guarantee the ownership or legality of the Scrap listed for sale. It is the responsibility of the Scrap Buyers to conduct thorough checks and verification procedures to ensure that they are purchasing scrap from legitimate sources. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from transactions involving scrap of questionable ownership or legality.

Scrap Sellers are accountable for verifying the rates and quantity of the Scrap before listing it for sale on our Platform to Scrap Buyers. While we may provide a Platform for listing Scrap for sale, we do not guarantee the accuracy of pricing or quantity information provided by Scrap Sellers. It is the responsibility of the Scrap Sellers to accurately represent the rates and quantity of the Scrap in their listings. Scrap Buyers are encouraged to verify the details of the Scrap before making a purchase. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from inaccuracies in pricing or quantity information provided by Scrap Sellers.
